Human Patterns is a
web-administered psychometric instrument that generates comprehensive
graphic and numerical data in user-friendly formats. You will be able
to assess personal, interpersonal, occupational and organizational preferences
and interests. You would have to administer at least 15 other psychometric
instruments to get as much information as you receive from one administration
of Human Patterns. This vital information can be used for individual
clients or within organizations to improve and increase self-awareness,
personal development, and career growth.

configure outputs to approximate it at an 85% or better level. This
enables data you have already gathered from other assessment tools to

Certification
training in Human Patterns is offered to professionals with a Masters
level education in their discipline, knowledge of tests and measurement
or statistics, and experience with other psychometric tools. Internal
personnel specialists meeting less rigorous criteria are entitled to
use Human Patterns only inside their own organization. Certification
requires an intensive three-day training process using the candidate's
own scores along with the scores of other candidates. Ethical, legal,
and professional standards are covered as well as extensive training
in interpretation of Human Patterns. Certified administrators are assigned
a sponsor to act as their coach until both feel confident that interpretation
skills are developed. The sponsor receives 20% of the gross sales volume
of the administrator for whom they provide support. Some administrators
are selected to receive advanced training to become Training Administrators.
An Administrator's Manual is provided with your training. There are
additional manuals for specialized applications.
