Human Patterns graphs are readily understandable. The visual impact of the graphs and the commonsense theoretical models and "plain English" legend labels enable your client to easily understand your interpretation. Data is presented in two formats; numerical for rapid scanning by you, and graphic for your client to easily see the results. The data is in the form of standard deviations from our statistically valid sample populations.

Each person who completes Human Patterns is entitled to a full interpretation from a certified administrator. Customers must agree to ethical use of instrumentation within their organization. Information as powerful and comprehensive as that gathered from Human Patterns must be treated within high professional standards. Administrators who do not meet these standards forfeit their certification.    

OUTSTANDING TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND MANUALS ARE INCLUDED

Certification training in Human Patterns is offered to professionals with a Masters level education in their discipline, knowledge of tests and measurement or statistics, and experience with other psychometric tools. Internal personnel specialists meeting less rigorous criteria are entitled to use Human Patterns only inside their own organization. Certification requires an intensive three-day training process using the candidate's own scores along with the scores of other candidates. Ethical, legal, and professional standards are covered as well as extensive training in interpretation of Human Patterns. Certified administrators are assigned a sponsor to act as their coach until both feel confident that interpretation skills are developed. The sponsor receives 20% of the gross sales volume of the administrator for whom they provide support. Some administrators are selected to receive advanced training to become Training Administrators. An Administrator's Manual is provided with your training. There are additional manuals for specialized applications.
